The Charlo Airport Will Receive $780,000 in Funding Towards New Equipment



The Charlo Airport in New Brunswick will be getting some expensive new equipment thanks to funding from the federal government.


Madawaska-Restigouche MP Rene Arsenault, on behalf of Transport Minister Omar Alghabra, announced on Thursday, December 2nd that the airport is getting $780,000 to buy a new sweeper and a grader. Arsenault says the Charlo Regional Airport is an important hub for residents and businesses in the region.
