Public Services and Procurement Canada Advises Motorists of Upcoming Lane Closures on the J.C. Van Horne Bridge Starting on Monday, October 18th



Public Services and Procurement Canada is advising motorists of upcoming lane closures on the J.C. Van Horne Bridge, the interprovincial bridge which connects Campbellton, NB to the Listuguj Mi’gmaq First Nation and Pointe-à-la-Croix, QC.


Lanes will be closed starting on Monday, October 18th at 12:00am to Friday, October 22nd at 10:00pm, and the bridge will be fully closed from Friday, October 22nd at 10:00pm to Monday, October 25th at 7:00am while repair work takes place.


From October 18th – 22nd, Salmon Boulevard East under the bridge in Campbellton will be reduced to
one lane.


During this period, all trucking will be detoured to the Matapedia Bridge.


The bridge will remain open to cyclists and pedestrians, marine traffic will not be affected.
