New Brunswick to Lift All COVID-19 Public Health Orders by Friday, July 30th at 11:59pm
New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs says all COVID-19 public health orders will be allowed to expire at midnight next Friday, July 30th.
Higgs says the province has surpassed its goal of having 75% of eligible residents vaccinated with at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
He says the percentage of people who have had both doses is expected to be high enough by July 30th to balance out many of the risks of living with the novel coronavirus.
That means that by Friday of next week at 11:59pm, there will no longer be any border restrictions, limits on gatherings or a mask mandates in place.
